Andy was due to service my Baxi boiler. He arrived twenty minutes early and set to work without delay. He was really professional throughout both in attitude and action. His finished work was excellent and, although this was our first dealing with him, we will be in touch next year when the boiler is due to be serviced again. I can't praise Andy enough for the work he has recently completed for us. From start to finish he was professional in every aspect. I have needed a shower cubicle fitting for at least 2 years because of our age, rather than bathing facility, but was loathe to get on with having the bathroom refitted and existing tiling renewed because of what I'd perceived was going to be a mess. Andy took on board my concerns, managed to remove all the existing fittings without any damage to existing tile work on this occasion ... refitted new WC, handbasin and adjusted plumbing for shower cubicle. He retiled where necessary in such a way you'd be hard pushed to realise they weren't the original tiling, it's all married in perfectly. I'm over the moon with our refurbished bathroom, not least because he meticulously cleaned up after himself and removed all rubbish. Added bonus , it didn't cost as much as I'd expected, the price was very fair. I would have no hesitation in recommending Infusion Plumbing & Heating Ltd. Excellent workmanship and ethics.
