Where do I even start with this place!? Took a chance despite seeing some very dodgy reviews as options were limited at this time of night and was hungry after long day at work. First off they cancelled my order. Ok, fairly late so I ordered elsewhere. Then they delivered and due to confusion I believed it was the food I ordered elsewhere and blindly paid. As soon as I opened bag I realised but driver had sped off (gave him 1.50 tip too btw) Called the mobile and spoke to a very rude and aggressive man who claimed to be the owner and proceeded to hurl abuse and threats at me. I was refused a refund despite their mistake and the shocking state of the scraps they had taken from the bin and desperately delivered to me. I am not surprised they struggle for custom and wish I had looked on here before I ordered. The kebab box itself was absolutely soaked in greese yet the strips of kebab meat were dry and curled up, very dark (old/burnt) and stone cold. Sat ontop a bed of cold reheated scabby chips. I did ask for it to be well cooked as O had read several reviews stating food wasn't cooked properly. Goodness knows what this is meant to be, literally not fit for consumption and wouldn't even give it to the dogs. Reading through the reviews its clear that's how this place operates and we are absolutely appalled with the service, food, apparent lack of hygiene and standards. To recieve threats and abuse is completely unacceptable. I might as well have just threw my 13 quid in bin and I have spoken to a number of people on fb who have also had issues with this rottern man and his dodgy deeds. We will be taking this further and will not rest until something is done about this health hazard and the cowboys running it! All of this for a tenner too, it's the principle more than anything. The food is completely unedible and they'd cancelled the order! What makes them think they can speak to customers like that is beyond me! Literally the worst experience I have ever had with a takeaway absolutely appaling.
