Since being taken over and changed to pickfords this has been terrible. I ordered my medicine a week ago, a week later I pick it up and one of the medicines isnt there. Nobody helps me. I try to sort it out and they tell me itll be there tomorrow. The next day i ring up before hand to check its there yes its here so I come and its not there, by this point Ive no medicine for tonight which will cause me withdraw pain. Tomorrow I have to wake up make loads of phone calls to sort it out and could be up to 48 hours without a medicine suffering withdraw. EDIT** Ive rang them this morning, I explained the situation and I was put on hold, was on hold for 15 minutes and I could hear everything in the background, I left it another 5 mins and still could hear background talking so I started saying hello!??? Hello??? And I could hear the staff saying is somebody on a phone somewhere or do we have a ghost? Then another young sounding lady picked up the phone and said hello are you waiting for something! I was like yes, somebody is supposed to be checking if my prescription is there. So the young lady said shed check, she came back and said yes its here but we only have 15 tablets and are waiting for the rest thats why you havent had it yet and I said well seeing as last night I had to go without my medicine and am suffering, please can I have the 15 today and you can owe me the rest? She said yes it will be ready in an hour. So we shall see what happens! But this is terrible. So many other bad reviews of people having to suffer withdraw. Its so dangerous for the body and the staff dont seem to care or understand?

Medication late and on receipt some missing. Ie box labelled 56 and only 38 in it. I was questioned whether it was my fault and told to count them all before I leave the shop from now on. Update. Still waiting for pain meds. 1 week without them. Withdrawal and horrendous pain

Attended the chemist to have my Covid-19 booster vaccination. I want to say a massive thank you to the pharmacist who administered the injection. Im slightly needle phobic and Im happy to report I didnt feel a thing. Pharmacist is clearly a pro & has perfect technique! Thank you so much

I would give this pharmacy a zero rating but I can't. This Pharmacy has gone downhill in my opinion. The customer service is shocking, there are way too many people in the dispensing area, I've gone into withdrawal from my antidepressants twice now as they haven't got them in. I understand that they are stressed out but Mr McGill never ran the pharmacy this way at all. Coupled with the fact you now have to pay for delivery and the fact that my prescription is never fully completed and the fact no-one ever answers the phone it's just a really appalling pharmacy and I don't see it getting any better any time soon so it looks like I will be going elsewhere for my medication unfortunately as I just can't keep being put in withdrawal.
