Every time we go in to pick up our repeat prescription meds (and I mean everytime) there is some meds missing. We've taken to asking "Are you sure this is everything?" "Yes, absolutely!" comes the reply. Ring ring. "Where is the (name of medicine) this time?" "Give us a minute...oh it's here!". One time I went in with my daughter, watched her actually look through a bag of my wife's meds, half of it was missing, when she queried where it was, "It's definitely not here, you must have already had it!" Get home, ring, ring. "We haven't had the meds!" "Give us a minute...oh it's here!". Some might defend them pointing out how they are currently short staffed, there is a sign saying so and everything! True, but that sign has been up ever since they opened last summer!

Waited an hour to get my prescription. It should have been ready as they told me the day before they were going to get it ready Asked advice about some medicine but was told they have it but it isn't on the shelf. There seems to be lots of space but only four chairs to sit on and when waiting a long time this hurts my back. The shelves are almost empty. There is a woman that works there that can't wait to leave and ignores the phone all the time. She is grumpy and doesn't like to help the customers and everyone has noticed it, and the way the service is. I have called this morning to speak with someone as I haven't got all my prescription after going in twice this week and they have put the phone off the hook. Bring back the older chemist! I cannot believe the customer 's are being treated this way.
