Absolutely 5 star customer service from a lovely young technician who's name I do believe was Chelsea? Went above and beyond to help me with my questions. Her advice was very much appreciated, such an all round great person to have working for this company.

Well this has now been taken over by pickfords and what can I say My elderly mother phones religiously ever month to order her tablets for delivery as she cant walk. She spoke to someone on the phone to be told that they cant get her main tablet and that it would be here the day after. So as my mum cant go anywhere shes been in all day, she called to see if they would be coming as its her last tablet tomorrow and to explain to them that she would be out at an appointment tomorrow.so fast forward a few hours and the tablets havent arrived! So Ive told he to call the chemist which after 27 times I presume theyve turned the ringer off the phone. At this point my mum is saying that she just wont take her tablets anymorewe all know they can get grumpy! Hehe. So Ive had to come from a job to get to the chemist before they shut to get them and they were actually all bagged up and just sitting there. Absolutely appalling especially when the elderly rely on the delivery service. I thought customer service wasnt good before.its even worse now!

Arrived into an empty shop with 3 Staff behind the counter. The door bell announced my arrival but no-one acknowledged my presence. If they were busy they should have had the courtesy to at least say theyd be with me asap. I am fully aware that they will have prescriptions to fulfil and other essential work to complete so I waited patiently for a considerable time listening to their inane conversation about their Christmas working rota (it is only April). They continued for some time (you may be interested to know that at least one of them has got Christmas off). It felt as though I was invisible even though one staff member kept looking at me and more to the point, ignoring me. I was eventually served but am extremely dissatisfied (but relieved that at least one of the staff will be getting a break over the festive period) I arrived home and immediately changed my nominated pharmacy. Service and customer/patient consideration has deteriorated of late.
