Nightmare, days I ring to try and speak to someone about my mum's medication to make sure they get it right, there is no communication, medication goes missing, says it's been delivered then ends up in a chemist somewhere else, why can't we use the local chemist ?

Rubbish takes over a week in most cases to deliver medication and you can never get through shocking really. They state at times they have attempted to deliver but this has not been the case no slip through the door and someone is always there !!unhelpful and emphasise with some of the comments on here

5th time in the last 12 months my elderly father has ran out of meds since using thus place. Rude staff on the phone complaints not taken seriously the place isn't fit for purpose
