Everything changed with The Milner Method. My weight loss is slow, but steady - it's much more easier for me this way, as I am getting accustomed to the diet and exercises. Finally I feel like I am able to reach my weight loss goal and not gain everything again. Adam is a very understanding and kind person. During appointments he makes sure that you are comfortable with your plan and is flexible to change anything. The exercise plan he provides is well described and you have videos to every exercise, so you know what you are doing. The meals variety is amazing - I am never bored with the food that I can choose from the plan.
The fact that you use The Milner Method's app works wonderfully for people who cope with ADD, Binge Eating and Highly Functional Depression. I have all of those conditions and never before have I been so motivated to get all of these little achievements in the app.
I highly recommend The Milner Method. It changed a lot for me for good.
