Always enthusiastic, engaging and well prepared personal training sevice and great value for money. I as a competitive athlete Martial Artist began training under Mathew Woolley just over a year ago Mathew has worked with me and taken my cardiovascular fitness, strength and conditioning and Boxing to the next level and beyond what I ever thought possible. I have seen a massive improvements. The training is very high quality always keeping me challenged and no 2 workouts are ever the same always pushing for improvements and committed to helping me achieve my goals as a competitive athlete. A great personal training service that I would recommend to anyone novices to professional athletes.

I have trained with Matt for over a year now and have achieved many goals through his advice and instruction. He is very motivating, professional and listens to what my aims are. He has lots of knowledge on fitness, diet, and help and advice on any injuries. I would recommend Matt as a PT I wont train with anyone else.

So a lot of people see a personal trainer as someone who helps you with your fitness... but a high standard, top quality trainer helps you with mind and body, they give you confidence and the power to believe in yourself and achieve your goals. They empower you to become a stronger and better version of yourself and they help you to over come any obstacles which come along. And they NEVER stop believing in you! Those kind of trainers are rare... but I'm lucky enough to say that my trainer, Matthew Woolley is definitely that! I've been training with him for over 16 months now and I'd honestly be lost without him! I am the strongest, fittest and healthiest I've EVER been. He has transformed my body and my mind. Exercise has become an absolute love of mine and its thanks to him. He has educated me in many ways, exercise, food, mindset and recovery. The man certainly knows his stuff. He analyses you in ways I didn't think was possible and knows his clients inside out, he knows exactly how to push you. Every session is different, and more challenging than before. Matt is an absolute professional who invests in his clients and feeds of their achievements. I have set myself many different goals throughout my time with matt and smashed them all thanks to him. If you genuinly want results and willing to put in the work... then this man is the one for you! He will not let you down !!

Matt is a first class personal trainer who creates a culture of hard work, achievable goals and maximum effort. Ive lost weight, my fitness levels have improved and following Matts advice also about food and nutrition has helped me feel and look so much healthier. Matt values you as an individual and tailors workouts to what you want to achieve- there is no one size fits all. Matts gym is also completely private so no spectators that you would get around a busy public gym. It is spacious, clean and has free parking. Matts workouts have exceeded my expectations as no two sessions are the same as he offers plenty of variety. Matt is patient, he loves what he does, hes a great communicator and keeps me motivated and never stops challenging me. Matt has instilled commitment and discipline into me so even when Im not in sessions my mindset has changed to me now leading a healthier lifestyle. Great value for the amazing service he provides. I found everything I wanted in a personal trainer in Matt. Matt has faith in me even when I lack confidence in my own abilities. Matt also offers different packages to suit different budgets. I have no hesitation in recommending Matt- hes the best!

I started my fitness journey at Unit 24 gym with Matt about 2 years ago when I began my weight loss journey. Matt is a very approachable guy who has only got your best interests at heart. Although he is motivating you, it never feels like he is trying to over do it. He knows your limits and how to push them, which has helped me lose weight and gain muscle within these two years. The one-on-one sessions are the best you are going to get from a personal trainer, due to the sheer motivation that he gives you, and how much you get done in one session. As I am a rugby player, these sessions have helped me with playing the game itself, as I have noticed that I am much more powerful and quicker when playing the game, due to matts help alone. Cant fault Matt one bit. Great guy with a great attitude and a great gym! I would highly recommend Matt to anyone who wants to meet their fitness goals in a short amount of time or over a longer period of time.
