    Since training with Rich my father and I have noticed an exceptional improvement in our strength, fitness knowledge and overall confidence. Rich has created personalised workout plans for us to follow outside of sessions and provides us with alot of valuable nutritional advice. He is a great trainer who challenges you whilst making sessions entertaining and I would highly recommend him.

    Richard is a fantastic personal trainer. In just under 3 months I was able to lose 2 stone from following a workout routine and a calorie controlled eating plan. Richard provides a service that includes an initial consultation, face-to-face gym sessions at his private gym, workouts to do throughout the week, and a meal plan made up of food you like and tailored to help reach your goals. With Richards help and some determination, I was able to reach my goals, and I feel and look a lot better for it. Richard is excellent at making people feel at ease, and is great at helping to motivate you to reach your goals. The prices he charges are also extremely reasonable given what you get - I would recommend him to anyone!

    I have trained with Richard on and off for over 2 years and currently I have on average 4 hours per week 121 training. Very quickly I learned that Richard is an highly skilled personal trainer that I was able to trust completely when training. He knows how hard to push me, I feel safe and my confidence in my ability has grown immeasurably. Training with Rich in his studio is also fun, we laugh a lot and it definitely is not a gym chore. I don't drag myself there because at 44 even the whisper of a cake makes my hips grow (although this is very true) I go to the studio 4 times a week because I enjoy it and have seen a real difference in my strength and fitness levels. I pay for 4 sessions a week, a month in advance and so the cost per session is great value for money. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Richard.In fact he's trained my family and friends also!
