Absolutely fab service from Nicki today, friendly, helpful and welcoming, she went the extra mile to help us find something suitable for a present that we were looking for. Her customer service was second to none, and she couldnt have done anything more to help us if she had tried! Customer service like Nickis is very rare to find nowadays.
