Little dive of a place where staff members think its OK to treat customers as a source of ridicule. There's plenty of places to buy and sell....avoid this one and take your custom elsewhere where the very least youl receive is a basic level of respect.

Poor service from garry, refused refund despite buying item 2 days ago and was faulty. Attitude from him due to other staff not doing their job properly asif its the customers fault. Tried showing him the fault and he basically said he doesn't care he'll find it his way, not the proper way. Good service from Dan who I cake to a fair agreement with for the faulty item

Went to buy a VR oculus head set opened the box and it was priced at cheap price .when I ask the assistant took the cheaper tag off and said it was an old sticker off a phone and wouldnt show me the tag .She then said if you want it for that price theres no controls and and now box .so after that I told them shes just lost you a sale

I've been using the doncaster store for a few years now and I can't fault ANY of the staff that work there! Every staff member have always treated me with respect! My pawn slip was due to run out and I couldn't get in but after contacting them they rung me and kept it on hold til I could get there!! Excellent customer service from Cameron 10/10

Used it many times and have a good relationship with the staff at my local shop. Can't say anything negative about the place if I'm honest it's there when I need them and they also sell good items so yea can't fault the place.
