Cash Shop Doncaster

Very poor customer service. The lady(she was looking asian) was shouting at me for asking a simple question and when I said that she doesn't meed to have such an attitude the manager next to her jumped into the conversation with rude arguments. I've been there many times before when where different staff and I've never been treated like that. After this experience I chose to start doing my business in another place and recommend to everyone I know the same.

John was very helpful today and fast, he explain me everything about my payments, he was very patient and happy to help me. Was done quick and spot on! Great job for all staff members i will use their service's if i need in future

Now the couple of idiots they employed have gone it's once again a welcoming business to deal with Magda very attractive) area manager very sweet and willing to deal with complaints quickly. Gina and Amber always smiling. Just please stop the staff turnover constantly thanks .PC
