I bought 2 pairs of designer frames in November 22. They came to over a 1000. I didn't buy the pair I really wanted due to price. The staff helping me with frames were absolutely fantastic and patience personified. I had had my eye test elsewhere but had failed to find a frame. All up to that point, even with the staggering price, was terrific. Until manufacture. They took the best part of a month to be made and my main pair were initially sent with the wrong lenses so I wore my spare pair first. Unfortunately I had the metal of the frames touching my skin and I reacted to the material. I got a large itchy, scaly and red patch on either side of my nose, and I had to go round half- blind at home til the first pair were re- made . The skin scabbed over but from that point I developed generalised itching of my face which, like the red skin, is not returned to normal after 3 months I was pleased with my fancier pair but I felt they were getting loose where the rimless lens was attached so took them in to be adjusted. The lady,on handing them back, warned me to be careful cleaning them so as to not strain the frame. I got home 2 hours later and as I walked in the door the glasses fell off my face. The frame had split in half and I now have 2 separate lenses that are damaged and a frame that is unusable. I wish I had listened to an industry friend who warned me about shoddy workmanship. The second pair have had abnormal movement in the frame since day 1. I am taking both pairs to the shop tomorrow. I will add further comment later.

If I could 0 star I would, booked an appointment over the phone (no mention of masks btw) got there and was told I need a mask I am genuinely exempt and they are no longer mandatory aswell, I stated I am medically exempt and was told they can not preform the test even though my right eye is blured vision. Not at all happy yes they gave us a refund but if you require masks maybe state that over the phone, I felt very small in that situation aswell as uncomfortable and very upset would not recommend at all.

Been going here for years nice when all's well ,Had a issue with my new glasses, asked to sort them ,tried to fob me off .I then asked him to send them back to the manufacturer he refused and got very nasty. Again asked what's the problem with sending them back .He then acted very childish told the older lady to refund me and took the glasses off me ,now need to find some new one's. And to top it off cancelled my daughters glasses see just paid for nice customer service stay away
