Parkhurst Opticians

Parkhurst is a wonderful opticians, we have been using the Bentley branch for the past 8+ years. Can not fault the service we receive from ANY of the staff who have been brilliant with myself, my wife & our 9 year old daughter. The staff are very friendly & very well informative. The prices of the glasses are very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend the Bentley branch of Parkgurst to EVERYONE!!!!!

First time I've used Parkhurst, normally use Boots on North Bridge, what a complete eye opener (no pun intended). The service was fast, friendly and very professional. The whole process started on time, no sitting around waiting for 20/30 minutes. Started with the eye exam with each step being explained then onto the frame fitting. Again the process was explained and I was impressed with how much time the lady spent getting the measurements right. What a difference, certainly won't be using Boots again.

My son has been a customer of the Bentley branch for a few years now. The service is absolutely outstanding, every single staff member is so friendly and welcoming and are able to relate to children well. They have always made him feel comfortable whilst having his eye tests and choosing new glasses. I had a visit recently for an eye test and the covid secure precautions are excellent. Felt very safe whilst at the practice.
