Where do I begin, firstly this home has been the home to my relative for 6 years now and I truly cannot thank the staff that work there enough! They go to work with smiles on there faces everyday. They have been through covid and kept my relative safe and happy with phone calls or FaceTime calls whenever we have requested. The visiting schedule post covid has given me peace of mind that although things have gone back to normal (relatively speaking) that my relative is still kept safe. Management answer my questions straight away, there approachable and the staff always welcome me and my family and cannot do enough. We are kept up to date with newsletters, photos, and can even check the Facebook page. The rooms are made personal with homely belongings and we are given free reign to help personalise to how our relatives want them. The food looks beautiful and the activities are fabulous. Really cannot recommend this home enough. High quality care and high standards all around.

I came here looking for work placement as part of my college course working the activities coordinator. At first, I didnt really enjoy it, but as time went on I really began to love it and coming in every Monday to see the residents was so lovely. It was a joy to spend my time here and thank you to the manager and the activities coordinator for giving me this experience.

I am now an ex worker at headingley court care home ( hard to admit) but I'm giving this place one star because I have served nearly 3 years at this place (minimum wage of course ) the residents there are what makes it the regular staff are too staff get treat like slaves the residents however always come first in the carers eyes Sarah archdale the manager can not be a manager staff should be able to go and speak to her but they carnt because she spreads it round staff like wild fire anyways as I say regular staff other staff come and go because they know what a dive it is bedrooms have recently been decorated due to cqc coming in but cqc only come in in day so there's need to turn lights on there's no lights bulbs in any of the bedrooms and there nice newly decorated meeting room with wallpaper over wall paper staff have been having handover in the dark half of the beds don't work due to poor maintanance bed rails for example this is classed as something safe put in place I wouldn't put my dog in there not due to the staff but due to no communication and pooor pooor management I left there December 2021 if anyone would like to know anything please don't hesitate to ask as no other residents or emergency should be taken under headingley courts care

My partners grandfather and our childrens great grandfather has been living here since last year . Whilst COVID has been going on youve all done an amazing job of caring for him. Whilst visits may have been restricted to a limited number visitors , weve still had regular FaceTime calls when family have been to see him He is always happy & praises the staff saying how much he likes living there now and how well cared for he is !! Your staff genuinely do care for him like he is one of their own family members and that means the world to us . We honestly cant thank you all enough for everything you do !! Xxx Thankyou
