Love Nails Doncaster

Went in for my appointment, tried to give me a service I didn't ask for (nails). Politely told her a was here to get acrylic toes(which I had booked for), was sent off to another technician there who gave me a shellac coating not acrylics?? Which I can forgive as a miscommunication issue, BUT after seeing all the lovely nail designs they do in Facebook I was expecting more than to be handed a sticker sheet when I showed her a design I wanted... they aren't even professional, as they're cut wonky and coated unevenly. It looks like I'd done it myself. I wish I had if because I could have done a better job and saved 25. The people in there are lovely and the technician doing my nails was kind but they are very unorganized and unprofessional I was giving a mediocre service at best.,overall a waste of my time/money.

I enjoyed every moment from the time I walked in until the time I left. I finally found the perfect place to get my nails done. The service and environment were great, and I will definitely come back with friends because I liked the staff here.
