1st-time buyer in the rental market Daniel guided me through the minefield as my first application was denied due to would you believe it as a first-time Landlord. I cannot recommend Ben Simmons enough! I am a first time buyer & didnt have a clue about a mortgage until I had met Ben - he made sure I THOROUGHLY UNDERSTOOD how a mortgage works and reassured me with everything! Always updating me, always arranging zoom calls and made the whole process so easy and smooth for me. The best mortgage broker honestly!! Really wouldnt have made it here without him - thank you very much Ben for helping me purchase my first property, will definitely hear from me again!

I cannot recommend Ben Simmons enough. He worked extremely hard to make our dream of moving to Scarborough come true. Ours was not an easy case, changing our mortgage in Doncaster to a Buy to Let, and securing a mortgage on a property in Scarborough. I dont have the best credit rating, however Ben managed our case with the human approach He was knowledgeable, helpful and always kept us informed. It was like Ben was on this journey with us, and this journey would not have been possible without him and MAB. I will definitely be contacting Ben in the future when ever we need any mortgage advice. Thank you Ben, you and MAB are amazing!
