        How this place hasnt been shut down is beyond comprehension. Well, I suppose Doncaster need a bus station. But not a reliable one. Awful horrendously rude staff. Addicts and scruffy people and screaming adolescents all over the place. Buses show up when they feel like it. This is proper peasant waggon service. Absolutely terrible.

        I bought a bus pass from the ticket machine in the bus station and it didn't work but the man on customer service was very helpful and got me my 20 back, I don't remember the man's name but he was working today and he was very helpful
