Had a quote to repair gutters but on the day was told couldn't get matching parts so had to have the whole lot replaced, doubling the price. Since then water gushes down the front of my house whenever it rains! Have waited in multiple times for a repair but no-one comes & now may calls aren't answered! Do not use this company. You will get ripped off!

We had Edward and his team out to replace some slipped roof tiles which would cost 800 After examination he said it needed a new roof as he said the felt and lats had gone costing me 20.000 bit of a difference. He was going to put a new velux window in the roof which never appeared. So now we are sat 6 month later with 3 god dam buckets in the lounge where its leaking in because of his shoddy workmanship. We have guarantee I've tried to contact him on numerous occasions but goes to voicemail. I feel I've been taken advantage of and ripped off. Please avoid this team of idiot's. If Edward would have come out and rectified the problem I wouldn't have an issue. But this has cost me another 2.500 to get sorted out. NOT HAPPY

Edward and his team carried out a first class repair job. Our roof gable end ridge tiles were torn off and tiles damaged in recent storm conditions. On inspection the damage was more far-reaching than first thought, but Edward quoted us fairly for the whole job and stuck to his quote even when the repair entailed further work. The two-man team were punctual, efficient and effective in all respects. Highly recommended

Excellent service! I called with a leaky roof, they came out to see it within 2 hours and started work the same day. They took photos to show me what was happening on my roof and consulted with me as the work progressed. Very knowledgeable, polite, respectful tradesmen, supervised regularly, altogether a very professional and efficient team. I would be happy to recommend them and they will be my first call if any further work is needed in the future. Thank you Roof Guard!
