1) repeatedly told me they would phone me to organise a time, did not until I threatened to go with someone else. 5 days after the initial promise 2) refused to do an inventory 3) arrived an hour and a half late 4) told me we had to pay 50% extra as our stuff was too big and basically held our stuff hostage until we agreed 4) were racist and demeaning to their new crew member 5) did not listen when I asked them to put things in specific rooms, just dumped it all in one 6) dropped an appliance (in front of us) and it is broken beyond repair. 7) paid cash so that we can't try and get money back from them for the appliance 8) one of them had a sprained hand so lifted maybe one thing.. so we paid for 3 guys but only had 2 actually doing it Don't make our mistake.
