        I bought a lovely clock from Dial on Sandringham Road a couple of days ago. When I got home, I put a battery in it but it didn't work. As I only live round the corner, I took it straight back (as I had no receipt and the price ticket had been removed), and told them it didn't work. The assistant at the til who had served me, remembered me and went to a colleague in the back, to be told that the item had worked that morning when they tested it, but to give me my money back. To me, the colleague in the back was calling me a liar. I was extremely upset and will never buy anything from there again, or take any items for sale. I have given them many items for sale over the years.

        It's a charity shop full of bargains on furniture, dvds clothes and appliances managed to get some toys on the cheap :)
