        I've been getting into cooking lately and came to the conclusion I needed to invest in a good knife. Got a friendly welcome and when I asked about the knives the sales person took the time to explain everything. When I asked what a good choice was for a beginner they didn't try to just sell me an expensive piece. And in fact, they didn't try to sell me anything other than what I came for until I asked. I even got to try a couple of chefs knives on a tomato to help me make a decision. I'll be going back to slowly replace my kitchen stuff with good equipment because I'm in love with my knife. Friendly service from people that know what they're selling.
