        If there was a zero star I would had put it. Customer service very very bad and awful. I moved to a new property in Doncaster and was looking to transfer the service of broadband there. I spoke to customer service who kept me on the line every time I call for more than 30 minutes and then they hang up and when I call again they keep doing the same to me. I kept calling for more than 2 hrs and did not get help until I gave up

        DO NOT USE IT !!!! I am existing customer for boarband only for a year. I still can not register my own account for a year. I try on the web page, web chat, phone call, text. No one can help me to fix this problem. It is totally unprofessional !!!! I would like to leave the service this week, but also you can not do that online, phone or text. Crazy company. DLLM
