        This doctors is a joke . Every time I try and get a appointment I get told none are available. But if a female member of my family calls they get one straight away ! How's that work then ?

        I have been with Mount Group for 7 years. For the past two years I have never received help, never had an access to a doctor. And even in the one time I needed an appointment cancelled they sent me message for being late for it. My spoken English is not that good and I notice a discriminatory demeanor in the receptionists. And it is like they try to demonstrate they won't help out in any way. I am looking for other options.

        Can't get an appointment most of the time but the staff are lovely and friendly, been with them since 2004. Would recommend a less busy practice if your looking for one.
