The worst company you can get. Engineer arranged to attend my property to repair washing machine. Calls and tells me that he will arrive in 1hr as his SatNav says 48mins. No sign of him after 1hr 20mins. I called him and he says that he will arrive in 30mins. When challenged him he was rude and very unprofessional. I told him not to bother as I will not let a rude engineer come to my house. Please please stay away.

Really disappointed with the lack of service and advice on my call. After originally been referred by Samsung, Martin Dawes proceeded to tell me that it was uneconomical to repair my washing machine after I identified the bearings needed replacing. I cancelled my call out after they advised it was 105 and the engineer would tell me it needed replacing. After some research, I found the bearings and seal kit online for 45 and completed the job myself.

30 minutes on hold to some dreadful music. Gave up trying to get through during my non existent dinner break ** 3 weeks later ** 3 emails later providing my details and nobody has called back. Still can't get through on the phone. Ive taken my business elsewhere. Considering you are recommended by Samsung UK, I will also be letting them know how dreadful your service is
