Worse hearing aids always keep getting problem with it everytime they get same phonak hearing was poor and been rang for appointment they said have to wait another 10 to 12 weeks I'm stuck with no hearing aids after they broke

Constantly fobbed off with excuses and lies about my husbands hearing aid..nothing gets done and no one calls us when I keep putting in complaints.
