I had read previous reviews on his web site and couldn't believe we were able to 'try before we buy' . Ian was a delight to do business with, friendly, helpful and professional. I would like to provide some feedback after receiving a service from Ian Scott Office Furniture, which I would highly recommend to others. I had a special requirement as, due to Coronavirus and millions like me, I have been forced to work from home. However I dont have a standard desk at home but a study bed which is a little taller than an average desk. This meant using a laptop was more of a challenge as my arms werent completely relaxed. I sent Ian Scott Office Furniture my requirements (desk height, current chair height, problems faced etc.) and he came back with a number of options meeting them - I hadnt realised that there were different height gas kits for chairs to make them taller. Ian Scott Office Furniture then organised for two chairs to be delivered to my home for a two week trial so I could try them out (again I didnt know this was an option either) and I am now the proud owner of a very nice chair which meets my needs and should last for many years. The service throughout was professional, responsive and centred around the needs of the customer. For these reasons I would not hesitate in recommending Ian Scott Office Furniture to others.
