        I went with some great charity items to this centre I know it was just after lock down and appreciate how busy they were. But the greeting and tutting and unhelpfullness I got from the woman who was behind the counter was unreal. If I have items again I think I'll take them elsewhere. Friendliness and politeness has definitely died in our customer services whether voluntary or not.
