Keep having to call them back to fix issues. Last time they took over 30 days to come out while our heating wasn't kicking in properly

Had solar panels installed which has taken over 2wks to install instead of one day. Sat in each day waiting for them to arrive they turn up and parts are wrong or missing every time or they dont turn up and Ive had to chase the office. Eventually all was installed and then alarm goes off at 3am in the morning which I had to google to learn how to turn it off as no-one told us how to do this or why it would go off. They have left us now 5 days with no help to sort out why the system isnt working and hasnt worked since they installed it. Yet again chasing up the office to find out where the fitters or electricians are that are supposed to have come out yesterday. By Thursday this wk it will be 3wks since they started the job. This company is shocking and I would not recommend this company if you wanted a quick and decent job done

PHS installed an air source heat pump and all new radiators for us. I found them on Facebook so I was a bit worried that Id not gone through a local recommendation but they were really good. Whole thing done in one (very hectic!) day. There were a few issues post installation but they were resolved quickly and they even responded on Christmas Eve when the heating went after a power cut (not their fault but they helped me get it going again). Would recommend. Service: Heating system installation
