    I recently had a Dimplex Quantum Storage Heater fitted by David Burns of Economy 7 Company. He is the owner of the company and works with only one assistant. Not only was the operation carried out with absolute efficiency and with no mess whatsoever, David went the extra mile, or should I say miles for me. Unfortunately the computer control ceased to function in the new heater. I believe the usual procedure is for me to get in touch with Dimplex and await one of their fitters to come and check the component , and then reorder. Not David, I rang him around 6pm that evening, he answered immediately, and was at my house the next morning around 9am ( a round trip of 96 miles) with a new part fitted within the hour. Now that's what I call Service. I also had a problem with my electric meter not cutting off the charge after 7 hours. David spoke on my behalf explaining to my provider what the was going on. That is beyond Good Service. A BIG THANK YOU DAVID Service: Heating system installation

    Explanation of why these heaters are so good and how they work was excellent. The removal of old heaters and replacement with new heaters was performed on time and with high efficiency. The costs were explained ahead of time and did not change after work was done.
