My friend has been recieving care from this problems, the carers are rude and lazy and have been causing nothing but issues for her, the good reviews are all from the carers themselves, when I was at my friends the carer that came tried to use the key in the door didn't bother knocking then I answered for my friend the carer turned to me and went "she's very lucky as I couldn't use the key in the door" she also made a few other comments and tried to force her into a wash which I have learnt is a common occurrence, they can't keep track of time and tend to either skip her calls or shorten them down, from other reviews I would not recommend.

Poor service don't as there suppose to do they come at dinner time to get her up by then I've done there jobs been asking to give her something to eat than salads and asked for a lunch time call even doc at hospital spoke to them I don't recommend them to any body

PLEASE BE WARY THAT THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FROM STAFF! Victoria reply to them as if they are service users. Avoid at all costs. They hardly have any staff (the staff they do have are worth their weight in gold) its such a shame about the terrible management and organisation. Constantly messed around with call times, never consistent, the office just expect the carers to let services users know about delayed or cancelled calls which is just poor and unfair on the hard working staff. The correspondence from management and office staff is extremely unprofessional, most of the time just wanting to communicate via email not phone even when it comes down to matters of urgency. Service users are just seen as numbers not people. I must stress the carers that they have now really do care, its a shame they dont really get given the chance with the extreme lack of good management. One day my mum was left from 7am till 4:30pm with no lunch call. When I called to ask why this happened they didnt have an answer for me. Do your family member a favour and choose another provider.

The company is not run to any sort of standard thay expect single carers to do a 2 carer visit by themselves or the service users family to clean and dress and even clean there mother's or fathers up after that have soiled them selves please explore all the possibilities for your loved ones

Shocking , avoid at all cost , careers where generally very good but often late or very late with no notice , office staff were terrible, lied to me on more than one occasion just to cover up mistakes on their behalf
