        The WORST please dont let them look after your loved ones....totally rubbish service no communication with office staff no call back ...no skills ..girls try well some of them ....had some care companies but these are definitely the worst ..

        I would just like to tell everyone about this service before you think about using direct health for your loved ones you care about because direct health can not be trusted they steal your money families money they ask for money to clean your house even though they get paid for it in with the care its up to you if you want to use this care but I strongly suggest that you don't use this service if you do decide to use this service always be there when the carers go to your loved ones
