One of the doctors that spoke to me like dirt saying I was wasting nhs time because I missed 2 appointments when clearly I wasnt notified with a letter or a text message she didnt even let me speak Ive never been spoken to like that in my life by a doctor I will be speaking two the gp manager as this as ruined my experience since being at that gp Ive never experienced such rudeness till now she sounded that she was having an off day why take it out on your patients
