        Doctors are good when you can get an appointment, try phoning it can take upto 30 mins to get though,only been like this since the merge with Bentley. More patients less phone lines. It needs to be addressed.

        absoloutly discusted in the way my son has been tret today after being 5 mins late to an appointment 45 mins later still not seen to when i rang to re book and offer an explanation to the receptionist why he was late i was met with a rudness and arrogance i wouldnt expect from children, there is 3 roads closed on the way to the drs surgery 1 with traffic lights which hold you at the for 5 mins, he didnt mind waiting but for almost an hr when there was no one in there half of the time he was waiting is un acceptable i me and my family will now be refusing appointment made at this surgery.....
