        During my recent visit to your establishment to have one of my tires fixed, I experienced some issues. Although one tire was repaired, I noticed that the other tire was damaged, and I am unsure if this damage was caused by your technicians. I also found that I was charged additional fees. Unfortunately, the damaged tire was unable to be fixed and I was not given any further assistance. Based on my observation, the tire may have been damaged during the process of removing it, due to the machine not being positioned close enough to the wheel rim. As a result, the tire was forced into the middle and became damaged. The original seller of the tire confirmed that the damage was caused by external force. I appreciate your service, but I regret the inconvenience and additional expense that this situation has caused me. I wouldn't recommend this service!
