With the pandemic I realised I was soon to be made redundant and as a result set up a Linked In account. From that I was approached by Brook Street regarding a position they had to fill and that they thought I would be a good match for. Very pleased to say I interviewed and got the job. Throughout the process Tom at Brook Street has been professional and understanding of my circumstances and I couldn't have hoped for a better experience. Most definitely recommended.

I came across Brook Street on Indeed while applying for a job. I was called less than 24 hours after applying to discuss the application. There were two jobs advertised and I was put forward for both after a short chat about my CV. Because of the current Covid-19 situation, all applications were completed on line and over the telephone. The process was very quick. My advisor, Tom, was very helpful and thorough. He really pushed with my CV. Within a couple of days of speaking with Tom, I had a telephone interview with the company. A week later I had a second chat with company and an offer of employment. At each stage, Tom contacted me to discuss beforehand what would happen and gave advice of how to handle the interviews. After each interview, I was called and we chatted about how it had gone. This morning I had my induction for me new job, and Tom was still in contact checking everything was OK and that I was all set. The support has been wonderful and I would recommend going through Brook Street. I have only been out of work for 2 weeks. They work quickly and efficiently and they are professional too. I have applied for jobs through various different agencies, but never had much success. I discovered Brook Street by a complete chance while applying for a specific job on Indeed. They contacted me the same day and I got a job offer the day after! I was dealing with Katy and couldn't thank her enough! She wanted to make sure I fall into the right position and will be happy at my new role. I love my current job and I am so grateful for this agency! I recently got promoted too, so all worked out well! I recommended this agency to my friend a few days ago and he's just called me to say that he's got a job offer this morning!
