I've spent a long time deciding on whether to purchase this because of the price, (the A4 Therapy Diffuser) however I have had propolis therapy before in an onboard cruise ship hospital and it was amazingly effective! So I thought i'd bite the bullet. IP-Roco were brilliant. Their customer service was excellent and they sent out the product very quickly. Very glad I bought this and very happy that i chose to buy it from this company. Happy customer!

Having just come across this company online I was rather sceptical. I was very wrong! What a super small company who sell quality products and have all the time in world to explain the products and help you find the one most suited to your needs. We have purchased a variety of the machines and have noticed a difference. I very much recommend!

Excellent service and products. Helpful, friendly and reliable service. Products are fantastic and can be used for all the family. We have certainly felt the benefits of using these products, we have used both the propolis diffuser and propolis tinctures (both alcohol based and non-alcoholic extract) High recommend.
