Avoid avoid avoid!!!!! Supposedly instructed by my insurance company to repair my car. No contact for two weeks, cars now incurring storage charges. Was promised a call back last week to discuss but nothing. Utterly useless company. Clearly the absolute cheapest in the business and hence why used for insurance claims. How there's not a fraud investigation on these guys I don't know, taking the money and delivering nothing. Having read other reviews on here it's obvious I'm going to be waiting months to get my car back. Absolutely shameful but I very much doubt they even come on here to read these reviews. Absolute wasters. The sooner this company goes bankrupt/shuts down the better off we all are.

All the reviews are accurate, its unbelievable how useless the service/company is. My insurance assigned them in order to organise repair garage but its been weeks and weeks but nothing. No call, no text or email. Chasing them is worthless. I had to go out of my way to contact so many different people just to get my car picked up (it still hasnt). If your insurance put them through then immediately push back. If I could give them zero I would.
