Henson Gardens

I think there is something dodgy about this as we have lived at this address for 9 years and no business has ever been here throughout this time. We have had bits of mail for this Ian Henson but assumed it was a previous occupier .

Ian and his dad are usually lovely guys who did our garden for a while, but they just stopped coming and everytime we tried to get in touch the calls would go unanswered. Ive tried calling the number on the website, and spoke to a lady who said they were still in business and doing gardening as usual. This confused me a lot. I would have thought if something was the matter they would be professional enough to say and not set appointments with us and not turn up. Generally the work is ok, we have never had an issue with this, its just shocking behaviour especially as we paid in advance and they never came to do the job. They can keep the money, but at least should have let us know if there were any reason for their behaviour. Because of this I will not recommend this father and son team.
