Overall - from a former bodybuilder and fitness guy, who knows his stuff, a very very good store! Very nice approachable staff apart from the younger Asian girl who is extremely annoying and rude. Well laid out store and good experience!

Went in afew days ago to get some zinc tablets, from the Doncaster frenchgate center store, seen a young girl near the counter asked if they sell zinc tablets. young girl could not have shuffled over to me Any slower on the shop floor dragging her feet across from behind the counter and looking any less interested in helping if she tried! I was in a rush and all though my Fault she couldnt be bothered to shout up to tell me Id left them , before I left the store (but hardly reached them out to me after I paid for them as I remember)so went back in to the store 5 mins later. She still being there behind the counter. And I said I think Id left my supplements. Id seen them still there at her side of the counter . I asked for them and she said I dont remember if these are yours? I said yes Ive just paid for them .. slack not interested in her job needs retaining! And for what people pay for youre supplements you expect better customer service! Not impressed wont go back!

Everytime i visit the Frenchgate store. It has always been very clean & tidy with a wide range of items, i also find the staff very welcoming, helpful, polite, knowledgeable & friendly & will go the extra mile to help this makes me feel a valuable customer & makes me want to go back again well done all.
