Disingenuous, culture of superiority over lesser tenant class. Complaints procedure is not fit for purpose, a response comes back informing of the actions taken but within days the very source of the complaints reappear and get worse. Foul language and physical infighting by trades, I even caught one St Leger employee urinating in the street. His supervisor assured me it would be dealt with very seriously but it would seem nothing happened. Health and safety is a complete joke, the clear difference between what St Leger Homes can do and private industry can is poles apart. I have recorded all violations for evidence.

Dont inspect homes properly, passes a house for people to live in that has an infestation of mice, destroyed sinks, dirt and mess everywhere as if a hoarder lived there, plaster coming off the walls, bricks missing dirty water coming out of the taps! This is disgusting! But at last they dont care one bit.

Reported leak In the ceiling from the radiator the man on the phone was very unhelpful put phone down on me twice said that it was.nt a emergency it has ruined my carpet soon as you stop paying your rent they threaten to evict you but don't want to carry out repairs my radiators 25 years old but they are refusing to replace them I have got a radiator in my front bedroom been waiting months for them to repair it at leger hones are a joke
