As a surgery it's alright. Reasonably efficient. My main gripe is the notice that states if I'm five minutes late for an appointment the receptionist will have to ask the doctor if it can still go ahead. If Im 10 minutes late for an appointment, the appointment will be cancelled. I find this very frustrating especially as when I turn up five minutes early for my appointment. Im always a minimum of 20 to 30 minutes late getting in to see the doctor. Surely that should be a two-way thing if Im 10 minutes late and I cancel my appointment. How come the doctors are allowed to be 10 minutes late this also means that if the doctors are running late, theyve got plenty of time to still see you . this also means that if the doctors are running late, theyve got plenty of time to still see you. They dont even answer the phone half the time, when they do theyre rude and short with you, gone downhill if you ask me

Credit wear credit is due. This practice is well run, organised. I never have to wait long for an appt ( I dont have the expectation that I should get one that day on demand- too many people to expect this). Reception pleasant and on the whole helpful. This has been throughout the pandemic also. Thank you all at burns practice. Only good to say and also same for my daughter. Keep up the good work
