AVOID THIS COMPANY! Bought an electric shower which was faulty. VP pushed this onto the supplier , who sent out an engineer and it is still faulty. Takes VP ages to respond to enquiries and they do not take responsibility for faulty items such as this, and palm you off with excuses. The company contravenes your consumer rights, and refuse to take ownership, stalling and deflecting. As it stands I am still trying to get a refund for the item which was about 200, and I am having to escalate it to the ombudsman to try to get a refund. very, very poor experience, one of the worst.

Absolutely awful company for communication, I ordered and the delivery date is when I am on holiday. Had to communicate with them via the 'bot' and was sent an email confirming my new delivery date. I have now received an email saying it's coming on the original date while I'm away. The chat says they will get back to you but they never do. Don't Make the mistake of ordering anything with them.

Found a the WC we wanted on the website ( toilet seat in the picture not included) no link on page to suggest which seat wouild fit, researched and found a seat that woiuld probably fit, went on to order, tried 3 different cards, issue with website. Rang the help number as asked. Office closed. Gave up, went on Plumbworld website, found same toilet, (with seat included) better price, you wouldn't believe this: Payment went straight through. Who would have thought it could be that easy. Cheers
