Lack of updates regarding delivery times
Tiles came wrong three times
Had to accept a tile similar to what we ordered as the delays were terrible(not the stores fault)
Even then they came wrong, adhesive and grout was incorrectly calculated and the store had to send another delivery out whilst the tiler was working
The area manager was involved to sort out at the end but even he disappeared into the ether when compensation was mentioned.
Had some great service over the last few years at this store seems to have gone down hill terribly
Honestly dont like criticising local businesses on the public domain but maybe they will read and make improvements as required
