        Unhelpful staff, give you wrong advice over the phone and when try to return something with receipt unable to return after a 35 minute drive despite being told on the phone by the same person I could bring them back. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Plenty of other tile shops use them instead to avoid shocking customer service...

        Not the cheapest, but always got a good variety to choose from, unlike some suppliers. Christine is fantastic, and Adam is a really nice lad too, they both really go out their way to please their customers. They encouraged me to open a trade account, to benefit from their new trade discounts. Any private customers, my advise to you is, get your tiler to buy the tiles on his account, saving you a bit of money towards your tilers rates. (-:
