Worst GPs practice Ive ever used. Appointments booked out for months in advance, unhelpful and unfriendly reception staff, call back only billable by queuing at 0800 on the phone for 45 mins. Unable to book anything if you call after about 9am. I get the system is under stress but when I compare it to previous GPs Ive used this one is a total train wreck. Useless, looking for another doctors further away. Copied from another poster because my experience is exactly the same.

Ive been with this doctor s 15 odd years . Never had any issues with any of doctors Ive seen . Just trying to get an appointment is hard when you need to ring at 8am . And when u get though no appointment s . Ive found it s best to go in just before 8am to get an appointment .

Only been with this surgery since March cannot fault them they are really on the case best move I made.

This place is an absolute joke, have to wait a week to speak to gp for them to get script wrong twice, then ring 10 days later for blood results and follow up visit to be told id have a 16 day wait for a female Dr to call back. So nearly 6 weeks to resolve an issue. If you work you struggle to book appointments
