Horrendous service. I booked my vehicle in a weeks advance for 10am for my battery to be changed. When I booked it in the person on the phone informed me, that they had the battery in stock. I arrived on the day 02/05/23 at 09.45hrs as stated, but wasn't informed until 45 minutes later, that the battery wasn't in stock and was informed they need to order it. The fact no apology was made for the inconvenience, to wait 45 minutes even though it was booked and to just say, that they weren't informed of the battery being in stock, plus to receive a rude comment while I was walking out, is very poor customer service and very unprofessional.

Great place to get the car fixed, has a great team of happy friendly staff Shane, Mat and Chris all went the extra mile in making me feel welcome and that my car had been properly looked at ensuring I understood everything. Thanks again
