Had to give them a one star review as their is no minus!!! Absolutely shocking service, finally got through to someone in the afternoon to be told no appointments available for 3 days, to call back at 8am next day, I then proceeded to ask for a call back from a nurse instead only to be told the same thing, I tried to explain to her it is impossible to get through at that time and they should have more staff manning the phones, hence this got me nowhere!! as a fellow nhs worker I am disgusted by the lack of compassion and understanding the receptionists have for the patients and the public in general!

This surgery REFUSES to deal with their own patients .... insisting calls made at 8am REGARDLESS OF YOUR PERSONAL LIFE AND COMMITMENTS ... if you dont call at 8am and wait HOURS on hold you will not be seen under ANY circumstances. Every patient is passed to out of hours doctors.... dont waste your time on these people! Receptionists tell you what you 'medically' need to do to be seen 'elsewhere' ... yet they are NOT medically trained in ANY way **EDIT AFTER 10 MONTHS** It has come to my attention this surgery has not been 'coding' my medical conditions correctly for over a decade.... now my medical record has things on it that i DONT have and many of my medical conditions missing resulting in my entire record having to be reviewed.... i strongly advice all patients at this surgery to check their records!!
