just today visited, and customer service (especially Eveny) nice and helpful... don't find what I looked for but I'm satiisfied customer... maybe better next time, but I recommend...

Purchased a hoodie and got home and noticed a mark on it so went to return it. Got back to the shop and they said they wouldnt be able to refund or exchange it since the lady at the desk didnt notice the mark. Im not sure how thats my problem since I didnt notice the mark either. When I got back home with the hoodie I called and the manager was not helpful at all and said that she spoke to the woman that served me and she said that since she didnt notice the mark it cant be refunded since it wasnt in the condition I bought it in even though no one wore it and since it was a present for my mum she doesnt wear fake tan so wouldnt of marked it. Not happy with the service at all and will no longer be using this JD.
