TUI Holiday Store

It's ok but I go in the shop to book a holiday

Popped into the Doncaster Town centre store whilst shopping to see if we could ask a few questions about the holiday we had booked online. We were greeted by Bev. She was an absolute super star and a credit to tui and the store. Even though we hadn't booked via the shop she still bent over backwards to help us with our queries, regarding adjoining rooms, food allergies etc. She spent alot of time explaining different things to us. We now know in future to book in store with the lovely Bev as they price match the online prices and we can get all our questions/queries dealt with directly. I can not recommend Bev enough. You can also ring the shop directly and do everything over the phone with them. Next holiday we are definitely heading back to the wonderful Bev. We learnt so much today by actually going in store and speaking to her. Looking at booking make sure you speak to Bev she is a font of all knowledge, very professional , friendly and lovely to deal with

A review for Helen who has worked at this store for many many years. She is fabulous. very knowledgeable of destinations, resorts and hotels. she listens carefully to what you need and goes above and beyond when you have issues. 5* member of staff

I have been into Tui Doncaster on a number of occasions within the past few weeks and found the service outstanding. I have dealt with Helen, Sarah and Laura who have all gone over and beyond to help me . Would highly recommend to anyone looking to book their next holiday . Thank you ladies Ill see you again soon x

What a fabulous experience we had today at the Doncaster shop. Walked into the store to be greeted with friendly approachable staff, sat down straight away, booked and paid for our holiday, added the airport lounge and private taxi, how easy was that. What brilliant customer service. Thank you so much 100% would book in this store again.
